The Fitter trade is one of the most demanding Engineering trades under the NCVT Craftsmen Training Scheme (CTS). The course provides practical and theoretical knowledge in fitting, marking, measuring, drilling, grinding, welding, assembly, maintenance, and repair of mechanical components. Students gain hands-on experience with workshop machines, precision measuring instruments, and industrial safety practices, preparing them for careers in manufacturing, automobile, railway, and heavy engineering industries.
